Every fully customized BRSwag product begins with a conversation. Tell us about what you're looking for and we will reach out to discuss options, pricing, and any additional ideas you have.
Most orders can be at your door within two weeks, or just one week if you'd like to arrange pickup at our Atlanta-based office.

Can You Work with My Budget?
Yes! As a family-run business, we have the flexibility to design packages suited to every budget. From putting a name on a single hat to kitting out an entire camp with multiple product lines, we can work within your means to craft a memorable and unique custom solution!
I'm Not Really Sure What I Want. Can You Help Me Come Up with a Cool Idea?
Yes, we're happy to work with you to create a design from scratch. We can ideate and even come up with completely original logos, colors, and more.
Can I Send You an Image? Are You Able to Modify it?
Yes! We can work with all major image formats and can alter colors, remove backgrounds, and upscale as needed.
Vector logos and images (SVG, EPS, Adobe Illustrator, etc) are preferred, but we can also vectorize raster image formats for a nominal fee. The larger the image is, the more we're able to do, so if you're sending a raster image such as a JPG or PNG, please send it at the highest possible resolution.
And if we do need to upscale, vectorize, or otherwise alter the image, we'll let you know before we hit go on the print!
Can You Modify an Existing Corporate or Team Logo?
We can create original designs inspired by pre-existing logos to celebrate your camp, team, or brand. Each situation is different, so please get in touch to start the design conversation!
Can You Send Me a Digital File for a Third-Party Printer?
We can provide digital files for that print site you know and love, or for your own iron-on printer. With that said, our preference (and advice) is to do all printing in-house, as this consistently produces superior results, even against other commercial options.
How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?
Orders can be ready in as little as a week for local pickup at our Atlanta office. Please give us an additional week if you need them shipped within the Continental United States.
If you're ordering from abroad and/or on a tight deadline, please let us know during the quoting process so we can be sure your products arrive in time!
