    We don't charge a setup fee or require a minimum order.

    Most orders arrive at your door within two weeks!

    We can also arrange for FREE pickup in the Atlanta area, saving you the time and money of shipping.

What Image Formats Do You Work With?

Not every project requires you to send us images, but if you have a logo or other image you'd like us to incorporate in your design, we work with PNG, JPG, PDF, Illustrator, and most other standard file formats (not sure? just ask!).

We can even remove backgrounds, upscale, and convert to vector!

How Long Before My Order Arrives?

Please allow for up to one week for local Atlanta pickup or digital files.

For shipping within the continental United States, add a second week (two weeks total) to account for packing and freight time.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and beyond may add additional delays, as does complex customization such as embroidery. If you're designing on a deadline, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can ensure your custom swag will arrive in time!

How Do I Care For My Custom Swag?

We use top-of-the-line professional grade inks and processes so that your gear looks good not just on the day it arrives, but for years to come.

In most cases, you can treat your custom clothes from BRswag just as you would the equivalent store-bought item. That is, you can toss a BRswag shirt or PJ set in with your laundry! We recommend cold water and setting the dryer to "low heat" -- or better yet, hang drying.

Of course, no baseball hat enjoys being run through a washing machine. For these and other non-launderable items, we recommend spot cleaning with a warm washcloth, followed by air drying.

Avoid fabric softener, bleach, dry cleaning, ironing, dishwashers, and microwaves, as all of these are very hard on our products and will damage them quickly, if not instantly.
